It was just another day in our super secret workspace that happens to be inside an active volcano and DEFINITELY NOT in an office complex, when we received word that there was a company struggling with web design. So we readied our invisible car and dispatched our top team to the scene.
We arrived at IceCharge, a company that specializes in preventing online credit fraud. Stifling a yawn, dear reader? Well stop it. Because IceCharge makes stopping credit fraud, dare I say it, kinda cool. They’ve developed a sweet little tool (we like to imagine it looking like one of the minions from “Despicable Me”) that offloads transaction reviews to a simple plug—and—play shopping cart integration saving merchants valuable amounts of time and money. Besides, who doesn’t want a cute little minion doing all of the grunt work?
So, with a little helpful direction from IceCharge, (which included the words “creative and radical” – cue the warm and fuzzy feelings) we were off—delving deep into the current website to analyze the current problems and what we would to do bring the site to the next level. Unfortunately for us, it didn’t involve putting laser beams on shark’s head to aim at the competition. But we plunged forward anyways, and with our swift and creative hand, we turned IceCharge’s homepage into something that was just as amazing as their product while simultaneously enhancing their usability factor by creating optimal messaging and presenting the pertinent information first. *pats self on back*
