Meet Jamal.
In case you thought OnWired was all talk, Jamal brings some SERIOUS street cred with him. And we mean that in the geekiest way possible. After earning his MLS from NCCU and an MBA from NYIT (where he graduated cum laude, mind you), Jamal went on to become PM certified.
A professional UI and UX designer, Jamal’s been in the information industry for over 15 years. In fact, he first met our fearless leader in their first corporate life where they palled around as colleagues. Now Jamal is the associate editor for the New Review of Information Networking and has received numerous awards and honors from associations such as the ALA, SLA, NCSLA, and NCLA. And yes, we’re bragging a little.
When he’s not busy raking in the shiny trophies, he’s a dedicated husband, father to three girls, and Kansas City Chiefs fan (hang in there, buddy). A firm believer in the power of Jesus Christ and smooth jazz, Jamal is the calm before the information storm. And that’s the way we like it!
